I’m the founder of KJ Governance Solutions, based in the heart of the Cotswolds, where I live and work surrounded by rolling hills, school policies, and a fair amount of coffee.

With a background in education and years of hands-on experience in governance, I support schools, academies, multi-academy trusts, and charities to strengthen their governance systems, streamline their processes, and stay focused on strategic priorities.

I believe governance should be clear, effective, and rooted in common sense—not jargon. Whether I’m planning agendas, taking minutes, reviewing board effectiveness, or coaching governors through their roles, I bring structure, calm, and a practical mindset to every challenge.
